Jitesh Malik, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Delhi, India (B.A.); H.N. Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttaranchal, India (LL.B.); and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (LL.M.) where he also served as the Executive-Editor for the Buffalo Criminal Law Journal.

As the Founding/Managing Partner of the Nanuet, New York office, Mr. Malik focuses his practice on business matters and provides strategic immigration planning to address the needs of U.S. employers in obtaining temporary nonimmigrant visas for business professionals including managers, executives, physicians, nurses, as well as dental and computer professionals. Mr. Malik also assists both corporations and individuals in the preparation and submission of employment-based permanent residency matters which include, among others, the EB-1 Outstanding Professor/Researcher Petitioner, the EB- 2 National Interest Waiver Petitions, PERM Labor Certification Applications, as well as the EB-5 Investor Petitions. In addition, Mr. Malik also advises individuals in highly complex immigration matters, which include Motion to Reopen & Reconsider and Nunc-Pro-Tunc requests with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services. Mr. Malik also prepares petitions to the Administrative Appeals Office, and the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals.

Mr. Malik has written and published various works in Immigration Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) (New York City Chapter); South Asian Bar Association (New York City); Delhi High Court Bar Association (New Delhi, India); and Delhi Bar Association (New Delhi, India).

Mr. Malik is admitted to practice in New York, District of Columbia, before the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Bar Council of India (New Delhi, India).
