Benjamin Yarter received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Yarter was a student attorney in the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic and a staff writer for the Moorad Sports Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree in English from Stonehill College.

As an Associate Attorney with the Nanuet, New York office, Mr. Yarter focuses his practice on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. These include H-1B, H-4, P-3, and responding to Requests for Evidence.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yarter successfully represented many clients in Cancellation of Removal and Asylum hearings in Immigration Court. He also served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Robert Coleman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
