Charity Cordle graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She also holds a B.A. from the University of New York at Buffalo, where she majored in both Psychology and Social Sciences Interdisciplinary with a Legal Studies concentration. Ms. Cordle also earned an A.S. degree in Criminal Justice at Niagara County Community college and a Paralegal Certificate through Millard Fillmore College.

 

As an Associate Attorney with the Buffalo, New York office, Ms. Cordle focuses her practice on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. These matters include working with a variety of businesses and institutions to prepare and submit employment-based nonimmigrant petitions for employees in the H-1B, TN, and R-1 categories. She also concentrates her practice in the areas of PERM Labor Certification, Religious workers, family-based immigration petitions via consular processing, and adjustment of status matters. Additionally, Ms. Cordle prepares Removal of Conditions on permanent residency and Naturalization filings.

 

Prior to her association with Malik & Popiel, P.C., Ms. Cordle provided pro bono services to the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office. Her prior work experience also includes healthcare, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure litigation, and real estate law. Currently, Ms. Cordle is a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (“VFW”) Auxiliary Post 2535. As a VFW member, she promotes patriotism and assists veterans in her community with reintegration into civilian life.
