Bennett Susman is an accomplished legal professional with a distinctive background and a resolute commitment to championing clients’ rights.

He graduated cum laude from Binghamton University in 2018, majoring in Russian and minoring in Arabic and Middle East and North Africa Studies. His pursuit of cultural understanding led him to study abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021. During his time at Cardozo, Mr. Susman was active in the South Asian Law Student Association and OUTlaw.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Susman primarily advocated for clients in family-based immigration, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, and cancellation of removal. As an associate attorney at our Nanuet, New York location, Mr. Susman adeptly handles cases involving EB-5 Immigrant Investors, E-2 Treaty Investors, and L-1A Intracompany Transferees.

Mr. Susman possesses proficiency in both Russian and Spanish, complemented by a foundational grasp of Modern Standard Arabic.
